Product Overview

This volumetric water meter adopts a rotary piston measuring mechanism, designed for high-precision metering of domestic potable water. Its register is completely isolated from the water via a hermetic sealing structure, keeping the dial clear and effectively reducing moisture condensation and limescale accumulation. The measuring chamber made of engineering composite materials enhances the meter’s durability and long-term metering stability.

Housing Material Specifications

Nylon: PA66 + 35% glass fiber, with UV-resistant and hydrolysis-resistant additives; PN16 (1.6 MPa); Shore hardness D80–D85.

Copper: HPb58-3 / ZCuZn40Pb2; PN16; internal and external epoxy coating.

304 Stainless Steel: 06Cr19Ni10 / S30408; PN16; precision casting + sheet metal welding; no internal or external coating.
