The horizontal screw-wing water meter, also known as the turbine water meter, means that the screw-wing axis of the water meter is parallel (or coincident) with the water pipe axis, and the impeller adopts the screw-wing shape. Equipped with a large-caliber water meter data acquisition instrument, which can realize the remote transmission function. After being equipped with a pilot valve, a large-caliber prepaid water meter can be formed.
Features
The water meter has low pressure loss, low starting flow, and wide range, which is very suitable for water applications where large flow is the mainstay and small flow measurement is taken into account at the same time.
1. The inner cavity of the shell has a rectifying function, which can effectively reduce the influence of the elbow, T-tube, reducer, water filter, valve and other interference parts installed in front of the water meter on the measurement accuracy of the water meter. The sensitivity level of the flow profile can be adjusted. Reach the highest level U0/D0.
2. The direction of the measured water flow is axial water flow, with strong flow capacity, small pressure loss and wide range, suitable for occasions with large flow changes; internal adjustment structure, effectively preventing private adjustment of the meter.
3. The front and rear ends of the detachable movement are sealed with the inner cavity of the shell to form a whole, which not only improves the accuracy of low flow, but also resists the impact of high flow.
4. The high wear resistance bearing system ensures the long-term stability and reliability of water meter measurement.
5. The industry's advanced thermal spraying technology is adopted to maximize the anti-corrosion ability of the watch case and prolong its service life.
6. Optional magnetic transmission dry structure to ensure cleanliness and clear display. It can be configured with a signal counter, a variety of pulse signal output (single/double/three dry reed switches, metal sensors, Hall elements). It can be equipped with a copper-sealed dry counter with a protection level of IP68.
7. Optional wet liquid seal structure can also keep the reading window tidy and clear without any external magnetic field interference. The liquid seal counter can be equipped with three Hall remote transmission components.
8. Optional copper seal direct reading counter, with RS-485 or M-BUS standard interface, protection grade IP68.
