Function introduction:
According to GB/T4288-2018 "Household and Similar Use Electric Washing Machines" for washing machine test water hardness requirements, the fully automatic water dispenser developed by our company is mainly used for the preparation of hard water according to the method B specified in the national standard GB/T 23119-2017 The method uses three chemical reagents: NaHCO3, MgSO4.7h2o, and anhydrous CaCl2 to effectively control the hardness of the water so that the washing water meets the standard requirements.
Our automatic water hardness regulator (water dispenser) has a simple structure and principle. The water hardness value and water consumption can be set through the man-machine interface, and the water hardness adjustment can be completed automatically, which can meet the water demand for large-scale tests. It can also be through the man-machine interface. Real-time monitoring of the operation of the device. In addition, it also has a fault alarm function. When a component fails, the device stops running and sends out an audible and visual alarm. The man-machine interface displays a fault prompt, which can quickly locate the faulty component.
Application areas:
Washing machine performance test room, dishwasher performance test room and other test environments that require different standard hardness water;
According to the standard:
GB∕T 23119-2017 Household and similar electrical appliances performance test water
